Alcohol consumption is restricted in the space and/or premises. Any food or drink item will have to be reviewed for final approval for use in the space.

To maintain a conducive environment, noise levels must be kept within acceptable limits.

All individuals using our studio are expected to conduct themselves respectfully, without harassment or discrimination. Non-compliance with this code may result in immediate eviction from the premises.

Users must handle all studio equipment with care. Any damages must be reported immediately. Clients are responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement.

The studio is monitored and recorded by surveillance cameras at all times. Users are required to comply with security procedures, and any suspicious activity should be reported to staff immediately.

Legacy Studios assumes no liability for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property arising from the use of our studio facilities, equipment, or services. Clients renting our studio space agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legacy Studios, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities, including but not limited to legal fees, arising from the client's use of the studio. Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety of themselves, their guests, and their equipment while on the premises of Legacy Studios. This includes but is not limited to ensuring proper handling of equipment, adherence to safety guidelines, and supervision of minors. Legacy Studios is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur as a result of client negligence, misuse of equipment.

Pets and/or animals are not permitted inside the building at any time.

Photography and video recording are permitted within the studio, but users must obtain consent from individuals being photographed. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED. No open flames, smoking devices, fog machines, explosives, incense, confetti, glitter, paint, and/or other hazardous or hard-to-clean items in the studio are allowed.

Legacy Studios has a zero-tolerance policy for nudity and/or pornography. This policy is in place to protect the safety and privacy of renters, clients, and building neighbors alike. Appropriate boudoir photography is allowed.

Minors (under 18 years of age) must be supervised at all times while on the premises. Child-friendly equipment precautions should be observed to ensure the safety of children during photo shoots and events.

Users are expected to leave the studio in the same condition as they found it. Any maintenance issues should be reported promptly to ensure a safe and clean environment. If anything in the studio is broken or damaged, clients are responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement.

Payments for studio bookings are accepted through specified methods. All payments must be submitted in order to book.

Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests and must ensure that all individuals adhere to our studio policies. Failure to comply may result in termination of the reservation.

The studio disclaims liability for personal property brought onto the premises. Clients must agree to our terms of service before using our facilities.

Studio staff reserve the right to terminate rental sessions and request immediate departure of clients who violate studio policies or engage in disruptive behavior. Clients who are terminated from a rental session or banned from future bookings will be notified of the reasons for termination and any applicable consequences. Bans may be temporary or permanent, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation.

To secure a reservation, clients must follow our online booking process, and cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a non-refundable fee.

The studio is intended for photography and related activities only. Any illegal substances, hazardous materials, or activities deemed unsafe are strictly prohibited. Any action against this policy will be reported immediately.

For photography rentals there should be no more than 10 people in Legacy Studios without prior written or verbal consent at any given time. Absolutely NO EVENTS are allowed for a photography rental. Please fill out our contact form if you are interested in inquiring about an event at Legacy Studios.
