Legacy Studios’ stunning space is the first of its kind, and was created with the community in mind - as a way of contributing to the town that holds such a special place in our hearts. It’s intentionally designed as a shooting space for photographers, but also invites opportunities to host creative workshops, record podcasts and videos, create content, and more.

So you can have a blank slate to work with, utilize the natural light or black-out shades depending on your needs, and have all the room you could want for expanding your imagination and collaborating with others.
Included in our photography studio:
- 1,500 sqft of shooting space
- Additional 1,000 sqft of space featuring a full glam room, wardrobe room with built-in rack, break room, and 2 bathrooms
- Tons of natural light
- Black-out shades
- State-of-the-art speakers
- Backdrop stand
- Ample parking
- Located on the outskirts of Downtown Durham, right off Freeway 147

Legacy Studios was founded by Ariel Perry - the owner of Ariel Perry Photography - as a way of fulfilling her dream to own a photography space of her own. She wanted a studio that stands out from the crowd, encourages diversity, inclusivity and community, and allows people from all walks of life to create amazing memories.
