Privacy policy

This page explains what we collect when you get in touch, what we do with it, and how to ask us to delete it. Last updated 30 October 2026.

What we collect

When you send your date through our form, we collect your name, your email, your phone number, and whatever you tell us about your event. When you book studio time online, our scheduler collects your name, email, phone number and payment details. If you tick the box to hear from us, we keep your email on a list.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you, quote your booking, run your event or your shoot, and keep in touch if you asked us to. That is all. We do not sell your information and we do not trade it.

Who else sees it

A few tools help us run the business, and they hold your information so that we can use it. Our enquiry form runs on Dubsado. Online studio booking runs on Acuity Scheduling. This website runs on Webflow. Payments go through our payment processor, and we never see or store your full card number. Each of those companies has its own privacy policy.

Cookies

This website uses cookies to keep basic things working. We may also use tools that count visits and show us how people found us, and those set their own cookies. You can turn cookies off in your browser, though some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking records while we are working with you, and for as long as we need them for tax and legal reasons. After that we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email legacystudiosnc@gmail.com and we will sort it out. Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
