Please review before you book.
These policies keep the studio clean, safe and ready for the next person. Everyone who comes to your session needs to follow them.

Booking and Reservation Policies
To secure a reservation, clients must follow our online booking process, and cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a non-refundable fee.
Payment Policies
Payments for studio bookings are accepted through specified methods. All payments must be submitted in order to book.
Cancellation Policies
Plans change, so tell us as soon as you know. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booked start time are subject to a non-refundable fee. If you would rather move your booking to another date, ask and we will find one that works if the calendar allows.
Reservation Time
Please be respectful of other reservations, prior to and after your reservation time. The earliest time you may arrive is 5 minutes prior to your reservation time. For every 15 minutes you are over your reservation end time, your card will automatically be charged $25.
Studio Capacity
For photography rentals there should be no more than 10 people in Legacy Studios without prior written or verbal consent at any given time. Absolutely NO EVENTS are allowed for a photography rental. If you are interested in hosting an event at Legacy Studios, send your date through the Check Your Date form.
What is not allowed6 policiesNo flames, smoking, fog, confetti, glitter or paint. No pets. No events on a photo rental. Alcohol is restricted and food needs approving.
Flames, Hazards, and Messes
NO SMOKING ALLOWED. No open flames, smoking devices, fog machines, explosives, incense, confetti, glitter, paint, and/or other hazardous or hard-to-clean items in the studio are allowed.
Nudity and Pornography
Legacy Studios has a zero-tolerance policy for nudity and/or pornography. This policy is in place to protect the safety and privacy of renters, clients, and building neighbors alike. Appropriate boudoir photography is allowed.
Pet Policy
Pets and/or animals are not permitted inside the building at any time.
Alcohol and Food Policies
Alcohol consumption is restricted in the space and/or premises. Any food or drink item will have to be reviewed for final approval for use in the space.
Noise Policies
To maintain a conducive environment, noise levels must be kept within acceptable limits.
Usage Policies
The studio is intended for photography and related activities only. Any illegal substances, hazardous materials, or activities deemed unsafe are strictly prohibited. Any action against this policy will be reported immediately.

Code of Conduct
All individuals using our studio are expected to conduct themselves respectfully, without harassment or discrimination. Non-compliance with this code may result in immediate eviction from the premises.
Studio Equipment Policies
Users must handle all studio equipment with care. Any damages must be reported immediately. Clients are responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement.
Cleanliness and Maintenance
Users are expected to leave the studio in the same condition as they found it. Any maintenance issues should be reported promptly to ensure a safe and clean environment. If anything in the studio is broken or damaged, clients are responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests and must ensure that all individuals adhere to our studio policies. Failure to comply may result in termination of the reservation.
Security Measures
The studio is monitored and recorded by surveillance cameras at all times. Users are required to comply with security procedures, and any suspicious activity should be reported to staff immediately.
Safety and legal5 policiesMinors are supervised at all times. Get consent before photographing anyone. Legacy Studios is not liable for personal property or injury on the premises.
Child Safety Policies
Minors (under 18 years of age) must be supervised at all times while on the premises. Child-friendly equipment precautions should be observed to ensure the safety of children during photo shoots and events.
Privacy Policies
Photography and video recording are permitted within the studio, but users must obtain consent from individuals being photographed. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
Liability
Legacy Studios assumes no liability for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property arising from the use of our studio facilities, equipment, or services. Clients renting our studio space agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legacy Studios, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities, including but not limited to legal fees, arising from the client’s use of the studio. Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety of themselves, their guests, and their equipment while on the premises of Legacy Studios. This includes but is not limited to ensuring proper handling of equipment, adherence to safety guidelines, and supervision of minors. Legacy Studios is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur as a result of client negligence, misuse of equipment.
Legal Disclaimers
The studio disclaims liability for personal property brought onto the premises. Clients must agree to these studio policies before using our facilities.
Termination and Bans
Studio staff reserve the right to terminate rental sessions and request immediate departure of clients who violate studio policies or engage in disruptive behavior. Clients who are terminated from a rental session or banned from future bookings will be notified of the reasons for termination and any applicable consequences. Bans may be temporary or permanent, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation.
