Legacy Studios is a quiet, bright room for trainings, planning days, and networking events. It sits right off the Durham Freeway with free parking, so nobody starts the day circling a deck.

Yes. You can bring your own caterer, and they can use the prep kitchen to set up.
How long can we book?
Monday through Thursday, a half day (4 hours) is $500 and a full day (8 hours) is $900. Friday through Sunday, they're $700 and $1,400. Extra hours are $125 on weekdays and $175 on weekends. The rate table below shows every option.
How many people fit?
Up to 50 people seated at tables, or up to 75 standing with cocktail tables. It's one or the other, not both. A seated lunch or training tops out at 50, and a standing reception where people mingle tops out at 75.
You'll know the cost before you fall in love with the room.
Half-day meetings fit the 4 hour block. Full-day offsites use the 8 hour block. Your setup and breakdown time count toward your booked hours, so plan for both.
